Dr. Mohd Fadhli bin Miskon is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at Hospital Sultan Ismail, Johor Bahru. He graduated with a Medical Degree in 2001 and a Master's in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2011, both from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Throughout his career he has served at Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Bahru, Pusat Perubatan UKM Cheras, Hospital Queen Elizabeth Kota Kinabalu, Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Afzan Kuantan, Hospital Sultan Ismail, and Hospital Pasir Gudang.

In 2018 he was gazetted by the Ministry of Health Malaysia under the Subspecialty Programme as a Foot and Ankle Consultant, with three years of subspecialty training under esteemed consultants in Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

He is a life member of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Association, Malaysian Arthroscopy Society, and Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (MOFAS). He is Vice President of MOFAS and Chairman of the Malaysia Ministry of Health Foot and Ankle Subspecialty Unit, and serves as a trainer for the Ministry of Health's Foot and Ankle Subspecialty Programme.
